Baylie and Cooper
Baylie and Cooper have both finished their soccer season. Now I will be able to take a little breather. They both had a great time playing soccer and had wonderful coaches. Coop is getting ready to try wrestling and is so excited. Bryan is going to help coach. It doesn't start until the end of October but I get to hear about it everyday. Lucky me. Coop and my mom helped me can peaches and pears. It is always fun to do it with other people. On conference weekend while Austin and Bryan went to priesthood session the kids and I made Halloween cookies and we had a lot of fun. Baylie loves to help me in the kitchen and is always asking to make something.
Austin had his last football game of the season. He played that one undefeated team again in the "Superbowl". They won the two playoff games and the rematch was set. Unfortunately our team lost. But for never playing before I think he had a great season. Yesterday he ran for a 50 yard touchdown. It was amazing to watch him play and we are so proud of him. For the year he had 17 touchdowns and hundreds of yards rushing. Way to Go! Thank you to Steve, Ryan, Paul, Phil and Bryan for a great coaching staff. Austin learned so much. He couldn't have done it without you. Austin and Bryan had a great time on the team together. It was a great experience for both of them.
Kids Updates
So much has been going on in the last few weeks. We will start at the top of the list. Dani is in a conditioning program so that she can try out again for the high school basketball team. She comes from this class barely able to walk up the stairs. She is also playing city volleyball this year. That should be fun. I took Dani and her frined Katlyn to the BYU game last night. We had a blast. I think Katlyn thought we were a little "cookoo". After the games we wait around for Dani to see her one and only. Last night it was about an hour wait. We saw him and got another picture with him. Katlyn said Dani should make a calender with all the pictures of him. The highlight for Dani was that we met the Nixon family. They were there waiting for him as well. We talked with them and they now know of "Dani" Davids biggest fan. They were so nice. We forgot our camera but we used Katlyns. So when she sends the lastest picture I will post it.
